All fees for premium services, job postings, resume database access, or other paid features must be paid in advance.
Payments are accepted via the methods listed on the Platform (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other approved payment gateways).
All payments for job postings, subscriptions, and premium services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or the job listing has gone live.
Fees paid for featured or promoted listings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds may be considered only if:

Duplicate payments were made for the same service.

If the Platform experiences downtime due to technical issues, Rigvi.com will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but is not obligated to refund fees for such interruptions.
